March 24, 2020 – Spring
Spring is coming at just the right time, providing a boost of energy as we are all dealing with the pandemic. Bruce and I are operating from home for a while, but business continues as usual. We expect that once the distancing restrictions are lifted that properties in areas such as our will be in demand, as people will want to get away from the city and spend time outdoors with family and friends. As always, feel free to reach out by phone or email to get an update on the market, ice conditions, happenings in our area or just to chat.
The photo is from Sunday, March 22, showing the ice in Whitefish Bay at just under two feet thick.
Stay safe and be well,
Bruce and Jake

It was -20C at the time and completely froze over last night, December 9th. There are some additional photos below the video.

June 1, 2018 – Whitefish Bay
Hard to capture the beauty of our Lake of the Woods shorelines, but here is an attempt from a few days ago. The bearberry growing around the juniper ranged in colour from golden yellow to a dark red. Mostly jack pine trees further up.
