Since moving to Sioux Narrows in 1972, I have built my life around Lake of the Woods and the lifestyle that makes this area so special. Over the years, my wife Kathy and I raised our family here, and Sioux Narrows has truly become home. Living and working in this community for decades has given me a deep understanding of the people, properties, and values that define life on the lake.

I began my real estate career in 1992 and founded Northwoods Realty Ltd. in 1997. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate the purchase and sale of waterfront homes, cabins, island properties, and recreational real estate throughout Sioux Narrows, Nestor Falls, Morson, and the surrounding Lake of the Woods area.

For more than two decades, Jake and I have worked together, combining experience, local knowledge, and a shared appreciation for the lifestyle these properties represent.

One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been helping buyers find a place where they can build lasting memories, while also helping sellers through what is often an emotional transition. Outside of work, Kathy and I enjoy everything this area has to offer, from walking, fishing, kayaking, and shore lunches in the summer to cross-country skiing and ice fishing in the winter. We have also proudly participated in the Terry Fox Run for over 40 years. These experiences keep us closely connected to the lifestyle that draws so many people to Lake of the Woods in the first place.

My background working at local camps, as well as summers spent as an Ontario Fire Ranger, gave me a strong connection to the land long before real estate became my career. After attending the University of Manitoba, I returned home to join Northwoods Realty and have been proud to serve this community ever since.
